Why We Do What We Do
(1) Theology: Much Christian content and curriculum emphasize non-essential doctrines without distinguishing them from essential, core biblical truths.
As a result, students are taught what to think biblically, but not how to think biblically.
Elements Interactive emphasizes core biblical truths and highlights the distinction between essential and non-essential (less important) doctrines. How to think biblically can be applied by understanding the teachings that the Bible is most clear about.
(2) Bible: In much Christian content and curriculum, there is a distinct lack of emphasis on sound principles of biblical interpretation.
As a result, students are left ill-equipped to adequately study, understand, and apply the Bible.
Elements Interactive aims to support teachers and students with solid interpretive tools for effective Bible study.
Elements Interactive believes sound biblical teaching and robust theology are foundational to fulfilling the biblical mandate and practice of discipleship (learning and growing in Christ). Sadly, biblical discipleship seems to be under-emphasized in the church. Elements Interactive hopes to shed light on this problem and offer innovative solutions.
